Return & Replacement-

  • You can contact  us via e-mail at  info@kassaya.com  within 7 days from the date of delivery of products, for  raising the  request for a valid  return or replacement in case the receiving products are-
    • Wrong or expired products
    • Tampered or damaged products
    • Defect in products
    • Partial delivery -Incomplete order

 

  • We are committed to fulfill a valid return and want to make your shopping experience pleasant. We may need the images of the damaged or tampered product and also the details   related to the order such as order number, Invoice and Batch number, shipping details like AWB number. Please   mention  the reason behind the return of product also while sending the email to us for better idea.

 

  • After receiving the damaged or defected products, we will  review  and verify all the products  against the claim  mentioned in the e-mail sent by customer.
  • The eligibility for a valid replacement or refund regarding the products is   only done after fulfilling any of  the below mentioned conditions-
    • Wrong, damaged product
    • Product should be in original condition
    • Expired or tampered product
    • Missing accessories
    • In the condition of receiving wrong product, kindly  keep the product  in original packing and safe. Keep the related  documents and accessories safe also.

 

  • Products will not be accepted in case of not  meeting the eligibility  mentioned below-
    • If it is without Invoice
    • Product is without its original packing.
    • If the product is used
    • If the request of return or replacement is initiated after 7 days from the date the product is delivered to customer.

 

  • Products cannot be returned that caused skin reaction, this can happen because of an individual’s  specific sensitivity to an ingredient, that cannot be forecasted by the company. That is the reason why   we urge everyone  to take a patch test before using the product.
  • It may take 10-15 days for processing your request and ascertaining the damage that occur to products, before issuing the refund or replacement of products.

 

Refunds

After ascertaining the damage the refund initiation process commenced. It will take 5 to 7 days after refund  initiation  for the refund amount to be credited. The amount will be credited  in the same account that was used to make the purchase(through online banking, credit, debit card). It is also to be noted that payment process involves many external parties such as banks, payment gateways and other online payment modes, so the timing of refund amount may vary depend  on these organizations. Refund is only available for prepaid orders and not for COD.
